I know, I missed a couple days of posting… I’m sorry, I have been very busy as of late. I will do my best to get back on track.
Is there anything as culinarily wonderful as a hot, rich, bubbly crab dip? If there is, I am hard pressed to think of what it might be. If you have never had the Dungeness Crab Dip at my restaurant then you are missing out.
As with most of my dishes, simplicity is the key. To make our crab dip we use only 6 ingredients. Yes 6, that’s all it needs. OK, some bred to dip into it… But the bread isn’t part of the dip, is it? Back to the 6 ingredients. All we do is mix, in no particular order, Dungeness Crab, Parmesan cheese, onion, artichoke hearts, heart of palm, and mayonnaise. That’s all. We mix them together and portion them into individual servings. Those servings wait, and wait, and wait. They wait until you arrive and beckon them to your table. At that time we place a serving into our oven and bake it for 6 minutes. We then place the Dungeness Crab Dip on a plate with some French baguette.
Have you ever tried my Dungeness Crab Dip? Be sure to tell us what you think in the comment box below, and share this post with your friends.
