I hope you have plans to join us for dinner tonight, we have prepared some great specials for you.

For Appetizer Specials this evening, we will be serving;

Dungeness Crab and Mango Cocktail – Fresh Dungeness Crab placed atop a bed of romaine lettuce and celery with mango cocktail sauce.

Baked Oysters on the Half – Fresh North Bay oysters baked with a gremolata topping.

For Dinner Entree Specials, we will be serving;

Sesame Seared Sea Scallops – Fresh Alaskan sea scallops rolled in sesame seeds and seared, topped with house made Ponzu sauce and pickled ginger and served with coconut rice.

Braised Lollipop Pork Chop – lollipop pork chop braised in fennel and sherry and finished with an apple gastrique

And our Cocktail Special for the evening;

Huckleberry Lemondrop – Fresh, local huckleberries muddles and combined with 44 Degrees North Huckleberry Vodka (Idaho), triple sec and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Shaken with ice and served in a chilled, sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. A real delight!
